I’m Surendra Godara, better known as Albela Engineer—an explorer, filmmaker, and adventure traveller who has spent years discovering India by road. From living in my self-built caravan to riding across high Himalayan passes, remote valleys, and even the deserts of Rajasthan, my journeys have not only tested me but also shaped who I am today.

Over the years, my deepest connection has always been with the Himalayas—especially Ladakh, Zanskar, Himachal, and Spiti Valley. Because of their raw beauty, untouched landscapes, and the incredible people I met along the way, I felt inspired to create something meaningful for fellow travellers.

For this reason, I started Suhani Manzil—a travel company built to offer the same authentic, life-changing experiences that I’ve lived myself. Furthermore, every itinerary I design comes from real on-ground exploration, strong local connections, and a passion for slow, soulful travel.

Having spent years riding through rugged terrain, hidden trails, high-altitude wilderness, and desert landscapes, I now lead curated motorcycle and road expeditions where safety, adventure, and cultural immersion come together seamlessly.
