3. Booking & Payments

- Full payment must be made before the tour start date, as specified during booking.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel costs, government taxes, or operational reasons.
- Suhani Manzil reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment deadlines are not met.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation before the tour start date.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
- No refunds will be provided for:
- No-shows
- Early departures
- Unused services during the tour
- In case of tour cancellation due to weather, road conditions, natural calamities, or government restrictions, alternative options may be offered. Cash refunds are not guaranteed.
5. Changes to Itinerary
- Suhani Manzil reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel any part of the itinerary due to safety concerns, weather, road conditions, or operational reasons.
- Such changes do not entitle travellers to refunds or compensation.
6. Travel Insurance & Health
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.
- Guests must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking.
- Suhani Manzil is not responsible for any illness, injury, or medical emergencies during the tour.
7. Adventure Activities & Risk Acknowledgement
Adventure travel involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to:
- High altitude sickness
- Extreme weather
- Rough terrain
- Limited medical facilities
By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk.
8. Responsibility & Liability
- Suhani Manzil acts only as a facilitator between clients and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and guides.
- We are not liable for:
- Loss of baggage or personal belongings
- Accidents, injuries, or death
- Delays due to weather, strikes, roadblocks, or natural disasters
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and conduct during the tour.
9. Use of Website
- All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and itineraries, is the property of Suhani Manzil.
- Unauthorised copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
10. Photography & Media
Suhani Manzil may use photographs or videos taken during tours for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in writing before the tour.
