Overview
Set out on a 9-day Himalayan motorcycle adventure that takes you deep into the heart of Ladakh — a land of endless roads, silent mountains, and unforgettable moments. Starting and ending in Leh, this journey is about much more than travelling; it’s about freedom, discovery, and living the mountains one day at a time.
You’ll begin by slowing down and acclimatizing in Leh, exploring places like Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, Hall of Fame, Magnetic Hill, and the beautiful meeting point of the Indus and Zanskar rivers. These early days help you settle into the rhythm of Ladakh before the adventure truly unfolds.
Soon, the road leads you over the legendary Khardung La Pass (17,982 ft) and into the stunning Nubra Valley — a cold desert framed by snow-covered peaks, dotted with sand dunes and the famous double-humped camels. From Nubra, you travel further north to Turtuk, India’s last village before the Pakistan border, where Balti culture, old stone houses, and warm smiles make time feel slower.
The journey continues along the rugged Shyok route to the iconic Pangong Lake, where the water shifts through endless shades of blue under an open Himalayan sky. From there, you head towards Hanle, one of Ladakh’s most remote villages, known for its silence, star-filled nights, and India’s highest astronomical observatory.
The highlight of the expedition comes when you travel to Umling La (19,024 ft) — the highest motorable road on Earth. Reaching the top is a moment that stays with you forever, a quiet mix of pride, awe, and respect for the mountains.
You return to Leh with more than just photos and videos — you come back with stories of high passes, empty roads, starry nights, and a deep connection to Ladakh that stays with you long after the journey ends.
